Letting our Worries Go- Anxiety Group
Online via our HIPAA complaint portal - support group for clients (adults) experiencing symptoms of anxiety as expressed by panic attacks, sense of unrest and discomfort. Clients who are under or unemployed, grappling with social anxiety or situational anxiety due to life circumstances are welcome to join. This is an open group - come to one, two, three or more sessions.
