I want to feel better, but anger, depression, anxiety, and distractions are getting in the way. It starts with how and what you think - to some degree it IS all in your head. Everything starts with our thinking and there are ways to develop better mental skills. By fusing Behavior Analysis, Neuroscience, CBT, Emotional Intelligence, and Performance & Positive Psychology I've helped hundreds think better so they can live better. Utilizing science-backed tactics and strategies as well as employing these myself, I'll show you how to enhance your thought process and ultimately live better and happier.
Much like an MBA program, I've searched for best practices across many disciplines. My specialty is cognitive behavior; thinking is action, it’s behavior and it’s a choice. With great instruction, guidance, and practice, we can think better. Since the program is behavior based, I focus on doing. Being knowledgeable about our past, but moving forward.
I help people, it's what I'm passionate about and so far, I've been successful doing so. I love taking science-based tools and making them useful and pragmatic to others. People have emotions, that's what makes us human - that's what makes me human. I'll be happy to help you regulate your emotions to be more productive and positive.
