I currently have a waitlist for clients. Some challenges in life we hide and avoid, and over time those challenges only grow and become more disruptive. Feelings of shame and fear can hold us back from seeking support and solutions. Do you wish you could experience more pleasure, intimacy, and joy? My goal is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for you to explore difficult issues with empathy, compassion, and humor while learning the skills necessary to experience pleasure, deep connection in relationships, and relief from suffering.
My practice focuses on sex therapy and sexual trauma. I also have experience working with young adults on issues of adjustment, anxiety, and stress.
