I work with individual clients who wish to move on from the lingering impacts of distressful past events, are working through major life transitions, looking to enhance their professional performance, improve decision-making or simply invested in personal growth.
My practice is centered on holistic approaches to healing that recognize the reciprocal relationship between body and mind: how you move, think and feel are reflective of each other. I am certified in EMDR, Level 2 Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, a Registered Dance/Movement therapist, Certified Movement Analyst and trained in various somatic approaches.
Rooted in a collaborative relationship, we tailor sessions to your individual needs and preferences utilizing approaches that are a best fit for your circumstances. My ethos is guided by the essence of AEDP therapy – undoing aloneness and transforming suffering into flourishing so that you can become the best version of yourself.
