But, learning to feel comfortable around sexual issues is key in developing tools for healthy sex and relationships. My specialty is couples sex therapy. I provide an avenue for you to talk openly and honestly without judgment about all aspects of your relationships, including sex, so you can have a more satisfying and fulfilling sexual experience. I also have a team who work with me that provide sessions at lower rates.

Sex is a natural and meaningful part of our lives and relationships—but it’s also shaped by stress, past experiences, identity, culture, and unspoken expectations. I work with individuals and couples navigating mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, intimacy struggles, alternative relationship structures, LGBTQ+ concerns, dating challenges, and life transitions
