I provide a non-judgmental space for you to talk openly and honestly about sex and intimacy, or the lack of it, and how it feels in your life. To explore your relationship with sex & intimacy, explore what sexuality means for you, and ultimately to discover how to express it in ways that feel aligned for you. Not forced. Not perfomative.
How we feel about sex and intimacy is often shaped by our past experiences, identity, culture, and unspoken expectations. I work with couples and partners navigating mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, intimacy struggles, who want to understand first themselves and second how to come together, and who are committed to growing together.
I have extensive experience with alternative relationship structures, like polyamory, ENM. I have also worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+, Kink/BDSM and Sex Worker Communities. I understand what it's like to be shamed for desires and lifestyle choices that don't look like everyone else. I've walked the walk.
