My focus over the last 16 years has been to support and assist people in becoming the healthiest “You.” Making sure to focus on each individual’s story and experiences. I have an extensive background in working with clients that have experienced a variety of traumas and strive to provide the most effective and supportive intervention. Whether your struggling with your own depression, anxiety, childhood trauma or parenting a strong willed child Mountain Wellness can support you.
I have worked with a variety of populations; adults, children, adolescents and families. Throughout that time I have been trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, CBT and PCIT treatment modalities. My focus when working with clients is to support and strengthen the skills they already have as well as provide new skills, tools, strategies, supports and a safe space.
Life can be overwhelming and challenging at times and everyone needs support. I will work hard to make each step of the process be a smooth transition into becoming your best “You.” I look forward to partnering with you on this journey.
