At times, it can seem like life is determined to throw unexpected challenges our way. Sometimes those challenges leave us feeling stuck with no clear path forward. I want to walk alongside you as we figure out possible ways to navigate those challenges together. I firmly believe that there's no universal approach to therapy. That's why I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and art therapy. Together, we will work towards improving your functioning and helping you become the person that you want to be.
