Hello! Welcome to Mountain Trauma Counseling. I am an Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides in-person and tele-health therapy sessions to individuals 21 years and older who have experienced traumatic life events that now want to heal their relationship with themselves and others. Issues and symptoms that may be addressed in sessions include depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem and attachments. I offer a warm, empathetic and welcoming space for every client to connect with themselves in order for them to find their version of growth and peace.

I pull from several therapeutic approaches and theories to address your clinical concerns. These include: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion Strategies.

My goal is to create a safe space where clients can process and heal from life events that have left them feeling "broken." I help clients to process, heal and find new ways to move forward in creating a life worth living.
