Many people seek balance in their lives after periods of chronic stress. It is my honor to be your guide as we work through any obstacles preventing you from being connected with yourself and others again. My approach is warm, relational, and client-centered while incorporating evidence-based models that work. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant. I specialize in EMDR therapy for those suffering from childhood trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I have success with people new to therapy as well as those who have had therapy throughout their lives and are looking for something deeper.
I am also a Facilitator with the EMDR Institute and lead consultation groups for their basic trainees. I love helping new EMDR therapists feel supported as they practice the model. Additionally, I am a clinical volunteer with the EMDR Trauma Recovery Humanitarian Assistance Programs.
Finding the right support can be tricky and it may feel difficult when starting therapy for the first time or to start over with someone new. I want to help make it as easy and as clear as possible.
