Tiffany works with adults and children (as young as 3) who struggle with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, transitions/adjustments, behavioral, and relational concerns. Tiffany uses trauma-focused CBT, IFS, and play therapy to provide holistic treatment. Tiffany is Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S) and a Certified Theraplay Practitioner.
Tiffany owns a private group practice and is open by appointment only, making scheduling fairly flexible! If Tiffany's availability does not meet your needs, she has several other therapists on staff she can connect you with!
