My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and strength oriented, and I value humor in sessions. I emphasize how your current strengths benefit and support you already, as well as offer strategies to build resilience and balance.
I offer individual sessions for adults & adolescents. My specialties include anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, identity related stressors, trauma, relationships, academic stressors, and self esteem issues. I recently completed the Internal Family Systems (Level 2) training, which is a modality that helps strengthen self awareness/self compassion.
