I am passionate about guiding individuals who have experienced trauma, substance use/addictions, anxiety, panic, worry, depression, or relationship issues towards their recovery. I can help support you through your recovery process by increasing your self-awareness and bringing about lasting change, self- empowerment and personal growth.
I have experience working with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood concerns. I have specialized skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, anger management, emotional regulation and mindfulness. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and older children/adolescents.
