My integrative approach maximizes the benefits of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, rational emotive behavioral therapy, reality therapy with a solution focused approach, with the overall goal of reaching a sanctuary of increased self actualization and harmony.
My former careers consist of medical case management and clinical supervision. I have advanced experience with a variety of both individualized psychotherapy and groups while leading a trans-disciplinary team.
