I practice with a strengths-based, client centered, and solution focused outlook, while incorporating evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I will also walk and talk with you for your session if that is something you would like to do!
My experience ranges from working in community mental health to working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mood disorder related symptoms, and substance use related issues.
