Happy New Year! We are the product of all of our collective experiences - the great, the difficult, and the parts of ourselves we like to shy away from. All of our experiences, especially those during our developmental years, shape our sense of self, the lens in which we view the world, and our place in it. My practice is rooted in social work principles and aspects of positive psychology to help guide you on the healing of the entire individual. I am currently accepting clients for night/weekend sessions.
I am solution-focused and use many aspects of Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you live your best life. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, ADHD, or life changes. I am trained in Adoption Competency and can provide certification letters for Emotional Support Animals.
All sessions are through telehealth so there is no stress traffic and you get to be at home. Be comfortable and be your authentic self. I will like you just the way you are.
