My work has been targeted towards helping folx in marginalized communities. I worked to ensure inclusive and equitable practices in work and school spaces. My clinical journey started during grad school when I began working with a diverse group of adults who had eating disorders. Alongside eating disorders, I also worked with individuals who struggled with substance use, trauma, and other mood disorders.

Working with children and families has always been my focus. For almost 18 years I have worked hard to create a space that is free from judgement where people can feel comfortable and be their most authentic self. My ideal client is a child, pre-teen or adolescent. As a play therapist I utilize many different modalities to help kids open up and talk about difficult topics.
