I can provide support and encouragement for anyone feeling stuck in their lives whether it is due to sex addiction or unresolved trauma. I can help you learn to embrace healthy vulnerability while also assisting you with shame reduction. I will provide empathic support as I encourage you to develop your voice of self-compassion as we work collaboratively to meet your goals.
I am passionate about the field of sexual addiction and recovery and compassionate for those who ask for help. I incorporate the research of Dr. Brene Brown in my work as I help individuals reclaim their sexual health while at the same time taking the important steps necessary to live a Wholehearted life.
