I work predominantly with young adults and adults who present with a myriad of mental health and wellness concerns. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, disordered eating, psychosocial challenges, or are in the midst of a transition, I am here to help. You will have the space to be heard and encouraged, gain insight, build coping strategies, explore new perspectives, process pain, and experience growth.
I offer individual therapy with a mixed approach that is tailored towards your specific needs and goals. My priority is for you to feel safe and supported, in a world that can sometimes feel the exact opposite of that. I believe in this process and I believe in your innate ability to cope with and overcome whatever you are experiencing.
