I work with teens and adults, and my style is relational, holistic, empathetic, and collaborative; I believe that you are the expert of your experience. I enjoy working to understand where you're coming from so that we can explore your roadblocks in life together. I use a combination of approaches that will be catered to your individual needs. I believe compassion, understanding, and the therapeutic relationship are valuable as the framework for change. I treat clients who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance abuse, codependency, women's issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, and trauma.
I am a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor. I am trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and am a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator.
