Through psychological evaluations, I work collaboratively and empathically with my clients to best understand and provide recommendations to address the challenges obstructing progress in your life.

I enjoy working with children (9+), teens and adults. I see couples and families helping them live happier, more relaxed, and fulfilling lives. I am respectful of my client's time. I frequently check in to make sure that the sessions are helpful, and that we are focusing on what the client wishes to. If one approach is not working, we try another! When people are feeling anxious, depressed, or angry, often the problem is their stress level and lack of a support system.

I have more than 20 years working with RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association. In-home services include: couples counseling, individual support around perinatal mental health for moms AND dads (aiming to prevent Postpartum Depression & Anxiety when possible), hands-on parenting support including my direct observation & modeling.
