The pressures of navigating traumatic events have left individuals feeling anxious, depressed, isolated, avoidant, stagnant, unmotivated, unsafe, and irritable. Anyone enduring such events may see the world as dangerous or worry about their ability to handle difficult situations. Trusting others and engaging with others can be challenging. Motivate with Grace Counseling Services can be a safe place for people struggling with traumatic events that have limited how they manage life.
My goal in therapy is to help clients navigate traumatic experiences through exploration of patterns and learned behavior that affect life balance. The sessions will provide a new perspective while using therapeutic model Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT tools to formulate new ways in managing life’s challenge.
Please schedule an appointment if you are interested in taking a step forward in your growth process and ready to challenge the fear associated with your trauma. I definitely would be honored to take this journey with you. I am now accepting new clients. Please schedule 15-minute consultation through monte-grace.clientsecure.me
