Hi, I’m Ledora Yerks-Birdlow. I am the Executive Director/CEO of Motivate Wellness Behavioral and Relationship Health Services. More specifically our agency is made up of a group of therapists who sparks change in people’s lives and relationships. Our mission is to provide individuals, couples, and families the tools they need to create healthy, meaningful relationships with those around them.
