Therapy can provide a space for healing, self-reflection, and growth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. Together, we will explore your experiences, emotions, and relationships, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and deepen self-understanding and connection.

My work is grounded in client-centered and psychodynamic therapy, helping you understand your experiences and emotions. I incorporate Somatic Intervention for trauma to support nervous system regulation, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, to help strengthen connection, improve communication, and create more fulfilling relationships.

I believe the therapeutic relationship and process play a large role in healing and growth. Having a warm, safe space to explore your experiences and feelings with a compassionate, understanding therapist can itself be transformative. I strive to foster an alliance where you feel accepted, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
