I enjoy helping those who struggle with mental health issues, depression, anxiety, anger, suicidal thoughts, addictions, physical and sexual abuse recovery, relationship problems, and sexuality adjustment issues.
My goal is to make sure you deal with your Events, Emotions, and Thoughts(EET). Negative events can trigger toxic emotions and cause you to lose sight of your purpose. ICC wants to teach you how to master your EET. Our practice offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that's life changing.
