My ideal clients are individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or emotionally drained, even if from the outside it seems like they are holding everything together. Many come to my practice because they are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, past trauma, parenting stress, life transitions, or repeated patterns they want help understanding and changing.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where people can feel safe enough to slow down, talk openly, and make sense of what they are experiencing. I help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways
I specialize in trauma and attachment-focused therapy for adolescents, adults, couples and families. I help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns, relationships, and emotional responses. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and practical, supporting healing and lasting change.
