Groups
Parenting Group
CLOSED Bringing parents together creates a support system and helps parents feel less alone. Our Parenting Group help parents with their children to enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to be the best parents they can be. Group-based series are led by trained professionals and provide opportunities for parents to learn new skills, connect with peers, and receive information and resources. This is a 12 week course.

Post Partum Depression Group for Moms
Are you pregnant or just had a baby? We want you to know you are not alone. We are now accepting new enrollment to our PPD group is for mothers or expectant mothers who may be experiencing baby blues, depression or are having a difficult time adjusting to motherhood, anxiety, irritability or any other mood disturbance. Learning alternative ways to cope. It is a supportive environment and a safe space for discussion, to process, support and to share stories and help each other during this postpartum period. When: Morning -Every Tues at 10am to 11am Evening - Every Thurs from 5pm to 6pm .

Couples Group Therapy
My relationship is struggling? You are not alone. We are now accepting new enrollment to our Couples group. It is relieving to recognize that you are not alone and that your struggles sound pretty much just like other couples. It is a supportive environment and a safe space for discussion, process, support and share stories and help each other during time and future. 4 couples meet for 1 hr 30 min. Initial Session 145 then each session is $65/couple for 8 sessions. When: Every Fri rom 5:30pm to 7:00pm . Initial $145 then each session is $65/couple.
