We use a variety of trauma-processing methods—including EMDR, Brainspotting, hypnosis, and parts work—tailored to your unique experience. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll honor your pace. We’re also able to integrate Christian faith into the work, if desired—creating space for spiritual reflection and support within the healing process.
