My clients are longing for a deep and meaningful change (mixed with some play and laughter). I work with children, teens and adults who are looking to create a therapeutic journey that is both playful and deep. The adult clients I work with find real relief from depression, anxiety and trauma. The young adult and teen clients in my office are often working through identity development, stress management, and accomplishing their goals in life. They younger kiddos in my office use play and creativity to work through big emotions, tough behaviors and family challenges.
I am an art therapist and a licensed mental health counselor. I combine creative interventions with evidence based therapy including EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT. I help client recover from trauma, and anxiety while building the life they want! My hope is for clients is to experiment with their creativity, get playful, and embrace the journey of creative healing.

Groups
Creativity Summer Camp
During the summer, Mosaic Creative Counseling hosts a Creativity Summer Camp. Campers will have the opportunity to practice social skills, learn coping skills, talk about their feelings, and build self esteem while doing creative and fun projects together! We incorporate art therapy, music therapy, yoga therapy, play therapy, animal therapy and more! This camp is unlike any other in Tallahassee, because it has a small, close knit community feel with a camper to counselor ratio of 8-10 campers and at least 3 counselors.
