Renowned addiction expert Gabor Maté said, “Don’t ask why the addiction, ask why the pain.” We take a similar approach in our work with clients: we help you engage your life story with curiosity and kindness to heal the emotional pain that fuels pornography and sexual addiction.
Working from an integrative perspective, we strive to combine the best in psychology with the riches of the Christian tradition. We utilize narrative therapy, IFS, EFT, CBT, somatic approaches, and more. Although we work from within a Christian worldview, we welcome clients from any or no faith background. We respect the values and beliefs of each client.

Sexual Story Group
Based on the Allender Center model of story work, this group helps men engage their story around sexuality so that they might break free from pornography and sex addiction. Participants write and read key stories from their childhood, and a trained facilitator helps the group engage them with curiosity and kindness.
