Our approach starts with a comprehensive evaluation, including screenings for common conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression. We work with you to examine how each aspect of our life is impacted and how to get to a better state of mind and state of being. The basic question we try to answer is, “If a miracle happened (fill in the blank) this would be better?” After the initial assessment you will be provided with a treatment plan that works to make this miracle a practical reality. We believe therapy is most effective when clients connect deeply with their therapists.
We offer mental health treatment for individuals and group therapy as an adjunct to individual treatment. We commonly co-treat with a variety of professionals such as MDs for medication management, PCPs, nutritionists, health coaches etc.
