The foundation of effective therapy is a strong and comfortable connection between the client and therapist. I am highly experienced at establishing that strong therapeutic connection. I help people who struggle with a range of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship/family difficulties. I partner with clients to identify the source of their problems so that they can better understand themselves. We seek solutions that have long term benefits so that clients can complete therapy with greater clarity and confidence, and are well equipped to deal with future challenges.
I work with adults, children, and couples who wish to address issues including: stress, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, relationship struggles, ADHD and physical symptoms (Fatigue, IBS, Migraines, etc.)
