I am a Master's level psychotherapist with experience conducting group, individual and family therapy. I have worked with families, at risk youth, juvenile sex offenders and youth in "out of home placements". My approach to therapy has an emphasis on providing my clients with a safe, judgment free environment to work on uncovering their best self. I strive to help individuals who struggle with interpersonal skills, assertiveness, adjustment disorders, anxiety and depression. I know the difficulty and cultural insensitivity people of color can sometimes encounter when navigating health systems and would like to offer an alternative.
