I know that life often hits us hard, and out of no where unimaginable stressors arise. These stressors often bring up issues from our past and present. I understand that struggle looks different from person to person. However, a struggle is still a struggle, no matter what it looks like.

I would like to offer my services to you. After many years of service as a U.S. Marine, life coach, and licenses mental health counselor I understand what serving people is all about. I offer a wide variety of specialties such as trauma, anxiety/stress, grief/ depression, and anger management therapy. I have worked with several different populations as well.
