After years in private practice, various residential treatment settings, and currently an outpatient clinic, I've cultivated a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach to therapy. I'm a trauma-informed Psychotherapist and Marriage/Family Therapist with 23 years of experience, currently working at an outpatient clinic. I've lived in Utah for 25 years, following stints in Hawaii and Tahiti. I work with diverse clients to aid their emotional and relational healing. I enjoy gardening, history, and martial arts.
I enjoy listening to music, gardening, learning about earth and natural buildings, and studying Psychology. I also write poetry, love being outdoors, and have an interest in history and various cultures. I enjoy movies, learning about healing and martial arts, and cooking.
