There is a falsehood introduced to us at an early age either from caregivers or manifestations of generational trauma embedded in our society; This falsehood may show up in various ways such as codependency, a scarcity mindset, or believing love is conditional. We then spend years building layers of identity around this falsehood about our self-worth & ability to be accepted and loved exactly as we are.
