My job is to help you look at your situation differently, and to develop a committed action plan to make the positive changes you have been wanting to. Like the Serenity Prayer says, we need to accept the things we cannot change, and have courage to change what we can, starting with ourselves.

I am an LCSW who's been working in the field since 2008. I received my bachelors in psychology from BYU, and then went to the University of Chicago to obtain my master's in social work. I currently work full-time as a therapist with adolescents, adults, and couples.
