My broad experience allows me to understand how problems develop and how to resolve issues quickly. First, I listen deeply to your concerns. Next, we combine your self- knowledge and strengths to create a personalized plan to accomplish your goals. Drawing on 25 years of experience, my areas of expertise include: recovery from trauma; freedom from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression; coping with grief and loss; improving well-being; becoming a better parent; and creating a wonderful life full of meaning and purpose.
I strive to provide you with the most effective psychotherapy for your particular situation. I employ therapies including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), insight oriented, mindfulness, parent child interaction therapy (PCIT), solution focused, ARC (attachment, self-regulation, competency), and TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy).
