I help women navigate anxiety, trauma, and the emotional challenges of motherhood, including pregnancy, postpartum, and birth trauma. Using trauma-informed care and EMDR, I offer a supportive space to do deeper healing work at your pace, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself and your relationships.

*Location: Virtual sessions through Simple Practice* Start Date: July 14th 2025 This support group offers a safe, compassionate space for grieving parents and caregivers to share their experiences, process their loss, and connect with others who understand. Led by licensed mental health professionals, the group provides emotional support, grief education, and coping tools in a nonjudgmental environment. Whether your loss was recent or occurred years ago, you are welcome here. We honor all paths through grief and recognize that healing looks different for everyone.
