What makes people do what they do? That question has fascinated me since childhood, so it’s no surprise when I found herself called to counseling. While earning my undergraduate degree in psychology from Cedarville University, I served an internship at Care to Change and was particularly impressed with the approach combining the evidence-based practices I was learning in classrooms with the Biblical foundation that has long been at the center of my life.
Today, I enjoy serving women and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, especially those seeking to overcome addictions. I help them understand the power of hope and supports them as their redemption stories unfold.
When I am finished with the day’s counseling, you’ll find me with paintbrush in hand, capturing life’s wonders on canvas. I also volunteer in girl’s discipleship. I would love the opportunity to help you overcome life's hardships and bring healing to those issues that may have prevented you from getting to your full potential.
