My specialty is supporting people to feel more connected to themselves, others, and the universe. I use a variety of modalities based on each client’s needs including somatic practices, nature-based therapies, and deep empathic listening. I am currently focused on working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood.
