If you’re caring for someone you love, you may also be carrying a lot more than anyone can see. I work with people navigating the stress of caregiving—whether that means parenting, supporting aging parents, or caring for a loved one with medical or emotional challenges.
Caregiving is meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and sometimes isolating. You might feel pulled in a hundred directions, unsure how to take care of yourself while showing up for others. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.
In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and able to find your own kind of peace. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to offer practical tools for managing anxious or negative thoughts. If you are comfortable, I can also guide you in dance/movement techniques to find peace within your own body and self.
