They often struggle with their self-worth and have a hard time understanding who they are. They're self-aware, but unsure of what they need or how to change.
My role is to help guide you toward your whole, authentic self. I use self-compassion work to heal the parts that you try hide or push away, the parts you feel that are unlovable or unacceptable. I use acceptance and commitment therapy to help identify the changes you want to make and collaborate a plan to get you closer to your goals.
I've been there. I have lived experiences of being the eldest daughter, the caretaker, anxiety and depression. However, your experiences are your own. Your story is your own. Through my lived experiences, I can empathize and understand what you’re experiencing, hold space and focus on what you need, and work toward the goals you want to pursue.
