I work with diverse individuals, ranging from children to adults in a trusted and confidential setting.
I offer activities such as art, play, relaxation, talk therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I utilizes approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT & IFS. No matter the approach, we will work together to help you find relief from emotional pain and discover joy & excitement for the next chapter.
