You really can have a life of abundance, peace, and joy! Starting therapy can be difficult, as some people are afraid that they won't be able to experience a real connection with their therapist. I can promise you that I am as genuine as it gets! We will work together to achieve whatever goals you want in life while enjoying the process as much as possible and experiencing yourself in new ways. Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe a deep breath) to call and see how I can help.

My role as a therapist is to assist clients in attaining healthy and constructive goals. To provide a safe setting while walking alongside them through difficult issues. To remind every person they are valuable. I use a variety of interventions and approaches that would be best suited to the diverse ages, needs, and goals of each client.

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you work toward where you want to be. Sessions are open, nonjudgmental, and directed by you, the client. It's never too late to make changes.
