Welcome to therapy! Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your family, or your relationship, I am here to help. My ideal clients are couples at all stages of their journey, including premarital counseling, strengthening marital relationships, and navigating the complexities of separation. I also work with individuals. My approach is grounded in a narrative lens, which emphasizes understanding experiences from multiple perspectives and fostering emotional insight to promote connection and growth.
I work from a systemic view, which means we as individuals are a part of interconnected systems, such as families, relationships, and communities. This perspective recognizes that problems don’t exist in isolation but are influenced by patterns, roles, and dynamics within these systems.
In our sessions together, there’s no need to feel pressure to be anyone other than who you truly are. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but please know that I’m here to support you every step of the way.
