I believe true healing takes place when we can share our story, our pain and suffering, and our deepest thoughts and feelings in a safe place. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood and comfortable to share, learn about yourself, and grow.
I work with individual adults, and I’m trained in EMDR. I use a blend of approaches depending on what feels most helpful. This can include psychodynamic exploration, cognitive‑behavioral strategies, building emotional awareness and regulation skills, understanding family history and relationship patterns, and trauma focused work, including EMDR.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward in life with self-compassion and a better understanding of yourself.
