I also support first responders navigating stress, trauma exposure, and family strain. My work blends EMDR, parts work, and talk therapy to help people feel grounded, connected, and capable of real change.
With experience on our Mobile Crisis Team and in Critical Incident Stress Management, I understand the unique pressures families and first responders face. My style is collaborative and honest—creating space to process, rebuild, and integrate the impact of what’s been carried.
