I work with clients who've experienced trauma. There is an immense amount of pain in the world and each person's pain can bleed onto others. My hope is to help my clients learn how to process their pain and heal from it, as well as foster understanding. I do not promise to fix your problems, simply to help you find ways to address them. Always remember, your feelings are always valid, your behavior isn't. I want to work with clients who are open to learning about trauma, themselves, and others.
I personally specialize in trauma, grief, and body awareness. I teach clients how to identify their own triggers, as well as those in others so that they can find ways to separate themselves if need be. We go at your pace and work together to find a solution that works for you.
