Ideally, I'd treat clients with a trauma history. Someone with a mixture of short and long term trauma. My ideal client is eager to learn and wants to find a way to become their own safe space. Someone who wants to learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries, find out their triggers, and treat themselves with patience.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and somatic therapy. Much of my work focuses on mental and emotional safety, providing these things for my clients in therapy and teaching them how to create this for themselves.
