Hi, welcome to your journey!
I specialize in working with survivors, federal employees, caregivers and older adults who are struggling with trauma (including medical trauma), life transitions, burnout, anxiety, feeling “stuck,” or disconnected from meaning in their lives! Many of the clients I work with are highly capable, insightful individuals who nonetheless feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
I offer probono services for clients unable to pay or without insurance due to immigration related concerns. Please contact for availability!
I help by creating a supportive, collaborative, and often humorous space where clients can safely explore their experiences, gain insight, and reconnect with their values. My trauma-informed, strengths-based approach helps clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns while building practical skills for change.
My practice is unique because I integrate clinical expertise with authenticity and humor. I believe therapy does not need to feel rigid or intimidating to be effective. I also bring specialized training and experience working with individuals over age 65, as well as an understanding of the unique stressors faced by federal employees. You can book online.
